OCPs
Information:
The OCP uniform consist of the following items, you can learn more information by clicking on any of the drop downs below.
Top
The OCP top is a zip up jacket that is place over the Coyote Brown shirt. This jacket should have a white Air Force Lamp patch on the left shoulder and a unit patch on the right. (Both should be centered on the Velcro.) The right should should have an American Flag place about the unit patch. The cadet should wear an AFJORTC strip on the left Velcro strip, and their name tag on the right.
Coyote Brown OCP Shirt
This is a dri-fit style t-shirt that should be worn under the OCP top, and should be tucked into the OCP pants. This should always be worn with the uniform!
OCP Pants
These are OCP camo patterned pants that cotain blousing strings at the bottom. These should always be worn with the uniform and should be tucked into the boots.
Belt
This is a tan rigger belt (same as worn with the ABUs) that should always be worn with the uniform. Ensure that males run the belts to the left, and females run their belts to the right. Make sure all belt loops are used.
Socks
These are coyote brown socks that should extend to 1-2 inches below the knee, and cover the entirety of the foot. These should always be worn with the OCP uniform. Socks should not be shown outside of the OCP Pant leg.
Boots
These are coyote brown, composite toed, flat soled boots that should always be worn with the uniform. No other color boots are authorized (unless given an exception by the SASI/ASI). Ensure that all laces and bands are tucked in.
Blousing Straps
Cadets may opt to use the elastic blousing straps that were previously used with the ABUs instead of the included blousing straps on the OCPs. If cadets choose this method the blousing strap should rest just above the top of the OCP boot and look as if the pant legs were tucked in. They sould not cover the top of the boot, nor should any of the OCP socks be seen when worn.
OCP Cap
The OCP cap is similar to the ABU cap, however the pattern matches the OCP jacket. See below for a picture of the OCP cap, and guidance from Chapter 7.
